Corruption, Government, and Tax Money for the Government
##plugins.themes.academic_pro.article.main##
Abstract
This study looks at the complicated connection between crime, good government, and money
coming into the government. It looks at some of the ways that methods to crime and governance
can affect government income as a whole. Three sets of data are being collected from 96 countries
between 2005 and 2020: the Corruption Perception Index (CPI), the World Development Index
(WDI), and the Worldwide Governance Indicators (WGI). Panel statistics with a constant impact
and the D&K method are used to look at crime, government, and government income. These
results show that cheating has a big and bad effect on government revenue, while good
governance has a big and good effect on government revenue. To get more tax money and lower
the amount of cheating in the business, the government needs to improve the quality of its
governing.
